Wheat Grains
Wheat Grains are whole wheat kernels that are unprocessed. It contains germ, bran and starchy endosperm; only the hull is removed. Also known as wheat berries, these grains are organically grown. Both savoury and sweet dished can be made from wheat grains. It is mostly ground into flour, which can be used for making baked breads and other baked goods. It's consumption on daily basis has many health benefits, from lowering the risk of heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. For people with deficiency of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese or selenium, it is recommeded to include wheat products in their diet.
