Scientific Name: Sorghum bicolor
Sorghum seeds, grown extensively in the tropical and sub-tropical environments, are used primarily as a feed grain for cattle and poultry. Available in yellow, red & white colors, these seeds are highly pure, and have long shelf life. With similar feed value to corn, these seeds are offered in PP bags. It is rich source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Similar to popcorn, these seeds can be popped. The only difference will be the size, these sorghum popped kernels will be smaller.
