New Crop White Maize
The color of maize depends upon the genes. When a single (dominant) Y allele is present, carotenoid is produced in the endosperm, which results in yellow color in seeds. The two recessive y alleles do not produces carotenoid pigments in the endosperm, resulting in white color endosperm. The new crop white maize offered by us are organically cultivated and non glutinous seeds that are dried in natural conditions. Rich in fiber and vitamin C, new crop white maize provides several health benefits, such as good digestion and immune system, healthy bones, etc.
